Surface and Underground Rehabilitation – Golden Dawn Minerals
Genex Mining has successfully completed Surface and Underground Rehabilitation, underground diamond drill station excavation and diamond drill supervisor contract with Golden Dawn Minerals Inc. The length of this contract was from September 2016 to May 2017.

Discovery Ventures Inc. Announces Debt Settlement
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – (Marketwired – Jan. 22, 2016) – Discovery Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE:DVN)(FRANKFURT:0DV)(OTCQX:DTVMF) (“Discovery”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a debt settlement agreement with Genex Mining Company Ltd. (“Genex”) whereby Discovery will settle a judgment in the amount of $900,000 Genex obtained against the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, FortyTwo Metals Inc., through the payment of $450,000 and the issuance of 1,666,667 common shares of the Company at a deemed price of $0.15. All securities issued in the debt settlement are subject to a statutory hold period expiring four months and one day after the issuance of the common shares. The proposed debt settlement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Genex Options Silver Mine
Genex Mining has acquired an option on a former producing Silver, Lead and Zinc mine near Silverton B.C. After obtaining required permits, Genex Mining rebuilt some of the surface infrastructure, completed 1220 meters of tunnel rehabilitation, which included mucking caves, timbering and bolting. Next phase to include diamond drilling.
Yukon contract completed
Genex Mining Company Ltd. has successfully completed a Track Drifting and Diamond Drill Station Excavation contract for Ampex Mining Ltd at Prophecy Platinum’s Wellgreen Project, Yukon. The project was started and March of 2012 and successfully completed in May of 2012.
Crew awarded for no Lost Time Accident
Genex Mining crew members were awarded with jackets for having completed a 6 month contract without a Lost Time Accident at Roca Mines Ltd.

Back where it all started, Genex Mining Company Ltd. is planning its new shop and HQ in Silverton. Preparing for the future, Genex will have several employees there, including office staff and mechanics.
Village council has approved the project and says it is pleased to have a mining company back in Silverton once more.
